Mr. Guo, aged 37, obtained a bachelor’s degree in management from Zhengzhou University (鄭州大學(xué)) in July 2011, and a master’s degree in accounting from Sun Yatsen University (中山大學(xué)) in June 2013. Mr. Guo has been a certified public accountant of the PRC since March 2018. Mr. Guo has over 11 years’ experience in auditing, accounting and financial management. Mr. Guo joined the Group in January 2019 and has since then held various positions within the Group. From September 2019 to September 2022, he served as assistant general manager of the Group’s planning and finance department. From September 2022 to January 2023, he served as deputy general manager of the Group’s capital markets and finance department. Since January 2023, he has been serving as the general manager of the Group’s capital markets and finance department. Prior to joining our Group, from October 2013 to January 2019, he worked as an auditor in PricewaterhouseCoopers, with the last position held as a manager.
